Artisan Center Theater
Artisan Center Theater came into being because of one person's desire to make family friendly theater-in-the-round accessible to both actors and patrons alike in the DFW Metroplex. As that initial dreamer told others about their vision, they too joined in to help make the concept a reality. When it came to naming the theater, many names were considered, but finally tabled. The first name chosen had staying power - it embodied everything in that original dream. A search of definitions was made and it was confirmed ... the perfect name for the theater was "Artisan"!
Opportunities in performance, behind the scenes work, and volunteerism - as well as ongoing education in the performing arts - can be found in abundance at Artisan.
