Circle Theatre will present a stage reading of William M. Hoffman’s groundbreaking As Is on Monday, March 10, at 7:30 PM. The performance will be the first event in the More Life Festival, a community wide effort designed to bring attention to the current HIV/AIDS epidemic in the North Texas area. The festival will run from March through June 2008.

Fort Worth Community Arts Center invites you to attend the first annual Sight & Sound Gala. Proceeds from this event will be used to fund new signage for the Center, and to upgrade sound and lighting systems in the Scott and Sanders Theatres. This festive evening will include three three dance spaces, great food from a variety of local restaurants, and access to the Center’s art galleries.

Seventeen brilliant watercolor paintings capturing some of Fort Worth’s most iconic historic buildings will be on view at The Amon Carter Museum in the exhibition “Fort Worth Landmarks in the 1950s: Watercolors by Bror Utter” from March 8 – June 15. Admission is free.

The show runs January 25 through February 17, 2008.

Casa Mañana announced today the rescheduling of Dame Edna – Live And Intimate. Her Ladyship just underwent an emergency appendectomy, and is now recovering at her palatial home in Australia. She will now appear at Bass Hall in Fort Worth from February 3 – 8, 2009.
