Anselm Kiefer: Heaven and Earth; on view to the public at The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth from September 25, 2005 through January 8, 2006. ' Islam, Empire of Faith: The Messenger,' a  Special Film Presentation at The Kimbell Art Museum July 17

The Kimbell Art Museum will show the first segment of its summer film series held in conjunction with the special exhibition Palace and Mosque: Islamic Art from the Victoria and Albert Museum on Sunday, July 17, at 2 p.m. The free presentation of “Islam, Empire of Faith: The Messenger” (1999, 60 min.) will take place in the Museum auditorium. The series will explore the birth and historic development of the Islamic faith and culture, with emphasis on contributions Muslims have made in art, architecture, education, science, medicine, and philosophy.

Sid Richardson Collection of Western Art to Re-Open Museum With New Look in Summer of 2006
