One of the few establishments to be distinguished by a seasonal menu, Café Modern is proud to offer a brand new selection of culinary delights this fall. Executive Chef Dena Peterson has prepared an array of sumptuous choices to suit a variety of tastes.
Choose from the Fall House Salad drizzled with Modern Green Goddess or the Mediterranean Trio featuring roasted eggplant caviar, roasted garlic hummus and tabbouleh salad with toasted pita bread. Try the new Southern Stuffed Pork with apple cornbread stuffing, sweet potato mash and red-eye gravy; or for an East Asian flair, the Curry Vegetable Pot Pie. Chef Dena’s Duck Pizza, grilled flat bread with duck confit, mushroom pesto, oven-dried tomatoes and ricotta cheese, topped with truffled escarole salad is sure to be a favorite.
Don’t miss the Brunch Bread Pudding on Sunday, a savory Black Forest ham and Tillamook cheddar bread pudding served with two eggs any style, roasted potatoes and a choice of roasted fall vegetables, apple wood smoked bacon or sausage links.

And for dessert, Chef Dena’s famous Peanut Butter Pie will be back for a much-anticipated encore!
