“We’ve designed the Eddie V’s picnic dinner to be an ideal companion to the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Concerts in the Garden series,” said Bill Greenwood, executive chef at Eddie V’s Fort Worth. “Great food, beautiful atmosphere, live music and the company of good friends and family embody what it’s all about.”
Pricing for a picnic dinner is $25. Orders are customizable from a set of savory options. Picnic-goers will be able to choose one from each of the following three categories:
Salad/Appetizer:
- Caesar salad
- Shrimp Cocktail
- Fuji apple salad
Entrée:
- Seafood salad
- Seared salmon with asparagus and pomery honey mustard vinaigrette
- Grilled chicken with wild mushrooms and marinated tomatoes
- Grilled vegetable salad with rice and burre blanc
Dessert:
- Fresh seasonal berries with whipped cream
- Coconut cream pie
