The museums of the Fort Worth Cultural District are proud to announce the second annual Day in the District on September 29, 2007 from 10 am to 5pm. Day in the District is a celebration of the varied artistic and cultural organizations in Fort Worth and will include diverse exhibitions and performances. Museums will offer free admission and many of Fort Worth’s cultural organizations will offer free performances in and around the museums. The many outdoor performances encourage visitors to enjoy the beauty of the Cultural District’s grounds as well as the experiences inside the museums. Last year, over 7,000 visitors attended Day in the District events. This festival is a great way for local residents to enjoy the rich cultural experiences that Fort Worth has to offer and is also an opportunity for those who haven’t visited the Cultural District to discover new and exciting things.

Come spend an enriching and entertaining Day in the District!
