The Arts Council of Fort Worth and Tarrant County and the Fort Worth Community Arts Center have annouced fourteen choreographers selected for the Second Annual Fort Worth Dance Festival: Out of Bounds, which will be held in October at the Arts Center.

Fort Worth Dance Festival: Out of Bounds is a presentation of the Arts Council of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Community Arts Center. The mission of the festival is to celebrate contemporary dance by bringing to the metroplex an array of performances by choreographers from across the nation.

Festival performances will be presented in the intimate setting of the Hardy and Betty Sanders Theatre in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center in Fort Worth’s Cultural District.

Featured Choreographers

An adjudication process coordinated by the Arts Center’s Performing Arts Advisory Panel yielded the selection of fourteen dynamic choreographers from across Texas and as far afield as Chicago and New York.

Festival Ticket Information

Fort Worth Dance Festival tickets are $10, general admission. $8 discounted tickets are avilable to students, seniors, Dance Council members and Arts Card holders.
