Amphibian Stage Productions proudly presents An Evening of Cuisine and Comedy – a delicious dinner at PIOLA Italian Restaurant and Garden followed by a stage performance of their current show, Gutenberg! The Musical! at the Sanders Theatre.
Dinner Menu:
- First Course – Choice of:
Caesar Salad with Focaccia croutons
Insalata Misto mixed green salad with Italian vinaigrette
- Entree – Choice of:
Stuffed chicken, peppers, spinach, ricotta, pine nuts, baby vegetables, caper artichoke sauce
Fettuccine with walnut sauce, garlic, asparagus and Parmigiano
- Dessert: Homemade cheesecake
- Beverage: 1 glass of house white or red

Gutenberg! The Musical! by Doug Simon and Bud Davenport is a two-man musical spoof in which a a pair of aspiring playwrights perform a backers’ audition for their new project: a big, splashy musical about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg.
