Stage West presents Rebecca Gilman’s offbeat mix of comedy and drama, The Sweetest Swing in Baseball.
After her career craters and her boyfriend dumps her, a young artist discovers she enjoys the peace and structure of the psych ward. To remain there, she needs a really severe psychosis, so she schemes to fool the doctors by taking on the identity of baseball star Darryl Strawberry.
