Season's  Greetings

Friday November 23, 2007 - Monday December 31, 2007
Rated: NR

Stage West invites you to visit them at their new permanent home at 821 West Vickery in Fort Worth as they revive – by popular demand – Season’s Greetings by Alan Ayckbourn.

It’s Christmas with the Bunkers! No, not those Bunkers – this family is British, though no less dysfunctional, and they’ve gathered at the home of Neville and Belinda to celebrate. However… the usual family tensions are simmering along with the dinner. And into this uneasy atmosphere comes Clive, an attractive author who is the guest of Belinda’s older, unmarried sister Rachel. Madcap hilarity and hysterically funny disaster ensue.

Ayckbourn has a keen ear for the ever-present frictions of a large family gathering, especially one that occurs around the traditions of the holidays. It’s something audiences can readily relate to, even as they are laughing helplessly. And the puppet show is not to be missed!

Special Note: The New Years Eve performance will include admission to a special party after the show. Come and ring in 2008 with champagne and black-eyed peas!
