Stage West moves west to TCC Theatre Northwest for the summer to present Nice People Dancing To Good Country Music by Lee Blessing.
This romantic comedy tells the story of Eve who lives over the Nice People Dancing to Good Country Music Bar in Houston. Eve’s niece Catherine, a novice nun who has an unfortunate compulsion to yell out obscenities (when she’s not barking like a dog) comes to visit and catches the eye of Roy, who falls head over heels with this profane angel. Eve’s boyfriend Jim sets out to instruct Roy in the nuances of love, and Eve does the same with Catherine. Join this rag-tag band of bar patrons as they take a chance on love and jump off the cliff to a new start to life. Filled with laughs and heart, this is an evening not to be missed.
