Irving Symphonic Band

The Irving Symphonic Band was formed in 1988 and formally became an organization in 1990 under the guiding hand of Robert J. Brule. Under his direction the band has hosted such distiguished guests as David Holsinger, Francis McBeth, Dr. Alfred Green, Captain Lewis J. Buckley and many more. The band is currently under the direction of Jay L. Bach.

They are motivated and inspired by their common desire to continue playing challenging music. Accordingly, the group includes engineers, teachers, CPAs, IT personnel, an RMT, and marketing specialists, among others.

The mission of the Irving Symphonic Band is to provide citizens with quaility music through live concerts and to provide a musical outlet for its members.
