Theatre Three

For over forty years, Theatre Three has been producing quality productions staged in-the-round. Their primary mission is twofold: to celebrate the three ingredients without which there is no theatre art - the authors, the actors, and the audience; and to serve as community-building institution for the City of Dallas.

Theatre Three’s seasons last year-round with productions running in two different performance spaces. Theatre Three, which seats up to 242 patrons, is home to their critically acclaimed Mainstage Series of productions. Theatre Too!, a more intimate space, accommodates up to 90 attendees; its seven play schedule includes both world premieres and revivals, including an annual restaging of the smash hit and audience favorite, "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change". Between productions, either space is available for rent to interested groups.

Theatre Three also offers an outreach program for teachers, The Education Zone. It is Theatre Three's desire that teachers be enabled to help students understand the importance of theatre and its integration with every area of life, from academic to personal. To assist in this process, Theatre Three provides study materials and informative and interactive educational talk back sessions.
