Garland Civic Theare: Audition Workshop

Garland Civic Theatre has announced plans for an audition workshop to be offered for youth actors, ages 8 to 18 at the theatre’s facilities at 108 North Sixth Street in downtown Garland. The date for the Saturday afternoon session is May 26, 2007 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. The class which is limited to 20 students will learn what to expect when they attend an audition. At the beginning of the session a photo will be taken so that everyone leaves with a headshot for their auditions. The cost for this session is $40. House Of Blues To Open Club In Dallas' Victory Park District

House of Blues Entertainment, Inc. is expanding in Dallas with a House of Blues®-branded club in the city’s 75-acre, $3 billion plus Victory Park urban core development. The company announced today that a lease was signed with Laws Street Development, L.P., a partnership between Hillwood and Tomlinson-Leis Corporation. Construction will begin immediately.
