Made famous by the Academy Award winning film starring Jack Lemmon and Lee Remick, the play offers a raw, unfiltered exploration of a love triangle between two people and booze. Joe and Kirsten fall in love over social drinking that becomes a habit too hard to break. What happens to a relationship based on such a liquid foundation? Their denial leads to shattering events – but ultimately the proof of the human spirit may be stronger than what’s in the bottle.
