Written by Jeanie Linders, Menopause, the Musical includes 26 re-lyricized tunes from the ‘60s and ‘70s, and culminates with a salute to women who are experiencing The Change. It’s set in a department store, where four women with seemingly nothing in common but a black lace bra happen to meet by chance … and soon enough, they’re banding together to poke tuneful fun at things such as hot flashes, memory loss, mood swings, wrinkles, night sweats and eating binges.
You’ll thrill to such classic tunes as “Puff, My God I’m Draggin’” and the disco inspired “Staying Awake, Staying Awake.” It’s estimated that nearly 10 million women in 12 countries have attended a performance of the show since it first opened in 2001. Here’s your chance to experience Menopause for yourself!
