Irving Chorale presents Patchwork, a celebration of Early American music featuring Irving harpists, Laura Logan and Becky Scherschell, as well as David Moran on the hammered dulcimer.
The main gallery at the Irving Arts Center will feature an exhibit of American quilts from the Texas Quilt Artists and quilts which are traveling America as another round of “Quilt Mania.” And, the Irving Quilt Guild has donated an authentic handmade quilt made by one of their members which the Chorale will give away in a “chance drawing.” Irving Community Television Network’s Cathy Whiteman will narrate the concert.
