Theatre Three presents a clash of cultures in the comedy-drama The LaVida’s Landlord, written by Lawrence Weinstein.
When an idealistic high school teacher rents out an apartment to a political refugee from Central America, it turns out there are more than minor philosophical differences between the two – differences which cannot be solved by the teacher’s anxious attempts to be understanding.
