Garland Civic Theatre presents Beth Henley’s award winning play, Crimes of the Heart, directed by Peter Ray.
Winner of the 1981 Pulitzer Prize and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award, Crimes of the Heart is equal parts melodrama and black comedy. The play teems with humanity and humor as it examines the plight of three young Mississippi sisters from a dysfunctional family who are betrayed by their individual passions.
