Fine Arts Chamber Players are pleased to present their annual series of Basically Beethoven concerts every Sunday afternoon in July.

Each concert begins at 2:30 PM with For the Love of Music, a twenty-minute pre-concert recital series. For the Love of Music showcases talented young musicians who are seeking careers in music. The main concert, featuring players from the Dallas and Fort Worth Symphony Orchestras, The Dallas Opera Orchestra, area university faculties and professional freelance musicians, begins at 3:00 PM.

    Flutist Louis Lu, Grand Prize Winner of the Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition

  • Main Concert
    Beethoven/RosenblattAdagio for oboe and strings from the sketch for Beethoven’s Concerto for Oboe
    MozartQuartet for oboe and strings in F Major, K 370
    Beethoven – Folk Songs for voice, violin, cello and piano

Admission: FREE. Chairs are provided, but audience members are encouraged to bring their own seat cushions.
