A Repertory Company Theatre presents the original High School Musical, Grease, written by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey.
Set at fictional Rydell High School, this audience favorite (it once held the record for the longest running Broadway musical of all time) follows ten working-class kids as they navigate the complexities of love, cars, and drive-ins circa 1959. The score pays homage to the sounds of early rock and roll, and includes such classics as “Look at Me, I’m Sandra Dee”, “Beauty School Drop Out”, “Greased Lightning” and “Summer Nights”.
