Tickets to events are also sold by Event Sponsors directly at locations determined by them, such as box offices. Tickets purchased on GuidetotheCity.org are subject to a per ticket processing fee and service charge. Tickets are available on a "will call" basis at the location of the event. Guidetothecity.com does not deliver tickets via mail, email or otherwise.
Guidetothecity.org does not issue refunds or exchanges of tickets for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellations or postponed events, seat locations, quality of performances, or tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. By purchasing a ticket through GuidetotheCity.org, you agree to look solely to the Event Sponsor for a refund or exchange for any reason whatsoever. You also agree to assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is sold.
